This privacy policy is effective immediately. BraePark Design, LLC (referred to in this policy as “we” and/or “us” and/or BPD) takes the privacy and security of our site visitors very seriously.  This privacy policy describes our policies on the information that we collect, how it is used, and how it is protected.  BPD serves as the data controller for the information you produce or that is collected by us for our affiliates.  We want you to be confident that your data is safe and secure with us and understand how we use it to offer you better and more personalized customer experience.  This policy may be amended from time to time and was last updated on August 5, 2019.
   

What information is being collected

  • When you sign up to join our email list, you may provide us with your personal details such as name, zip code and email address when you join.

  • When you visit www.BraeParkDesign.com, we collect information about your online browsing behavior and information about when/where you click within the website. We also collect information about the device you used to access our website, such as make, model, operating system, IP address, browser type, and mobile device identifiers.

  • When you fill out an online form on www.BraeParkDesign.com to contact us, you may provide us with your personal details such as name, email address and phone number.

BPD uses the information we collect to:

Updating your Information; Retention

You can update the personal information we have at any time by clicking on the “Update Profile” link that appears at the bottom of every e-mail sent from BPD.  You can also choose to no longer receive e-mail communications at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link that appears at the bottom of every email sent from BPD. BPD may retain information about you for the purposes authorized under this Privacy Policy unless prohibited by law.  For example, we may retain information to prevent, investigate, or identify possible wrongdoing in connection with the products or services provided to you or to comply with legal obligations.
   

Customer Rights

If you are a BPD user in the EU, you have the right to request an explanation of the information that we have about you and how we use that information, or request correction, deletion or copies of your personal data.  If you request deletion of your information, please note that we may retain certain information about you as required by law and for legitimate business purposes permitted by law.
